DIRECTIONS

Please check the main website for a map of the general area.

Once you are on Highway 50 east, you will descend from Echo Summit and be in the town of Myers . There is one traffic signal in Myers and you can turn right at the signal onto Pioneer Trail. A few miles along the road you will turn left at the first light onto Black Bart. The cabin is just a few hundred yards from that light.

There is absolutely no smoking inside the house.

Also you have indicated that you have no pets. Please observe both these rules and have a great stay. Also, to facilitate your security deposit refund, please return the keys to the cabin ASAP.

Instructions for care and cleaning of the cottage are listed here in alphabetical order. They are all equally important and should be strictly adhered to.

11.00 am check out (the house will be cleaned at 12:00 am for the next people to arrive at 3:00 pm )

3:00 pm check-in

CLEANING

Please leave the cabin as you found it. Although the house will be cleaned after you leave, any extra cleaning beyond the normal maintenance will be deducted from the security deposit.

CURTAINS

Please close all curtains when you leave.

FIREPLACE

Check the damper of the fireplace before lighting a fire/ Please close the damper when you leave.

GARAGE

Open garage from side door.

GARBAGE

There are two garbage bins for your convenience. If you find an empty garbage bin on the front porch or in the driveway, please put it in the garage.

KEYS

You should need only two keys. One is for both front door locks and the other for the garage side door.

Please do not open the side door of the main house with the keys as it is not necessary and requires two keys.

Please lock both locks when leaving. Do not open the garage doors from the outside.

To access the garage read below. Please mail the keys back ASAP. Once the keys are received, the security deposit will be refunded.

OUTDOOR SEATING

There is a round aluminum table and matching chairs in garage. These can be placed on the front porch if you like. There are 4 other chairs in the garage. The umbrella for the plastic table is also in the garage.

TELEPHONE

The phone is set to make local calls only. Please use your calling card for long distance or your cell phone.

Upon arrival you may find that the phone is turned off. There is a small switch on the handset to turn it on/off.

THERMOSTAT

Please leave at 55 degrees when leaving the house and when you go home.
